MSc Projects

In addition to the expertise of our team at ConsultIWP we can offer clients, at a competitive rate, the guidance and insight of Work Psychologists who are in the final months of their professional qualification. Our Work Psychology masters students work in partnership with organisations. They deliver high quality projects that meet the company’s business needs and, at the same time, advance thinking in work psychology. Our students all have undergraduate degrees and many have considerable commercial experience.

The taught modules run from September to March and include seminar, case study and workshop activities.

Project Management

All MSc projects will be project managed by ConsultIWP.

It is our policy that we remain in constant contact with commissioning organisations throughout the process. As well as attendance at the meetings we will maintain regular contact (the frequency to be agreed at the start of the project) with the organisation’s Project Manager in order to update you on progress and clarify points so that we can closely match our outputs to your specific needs.
ConsultIWP will develop a Project Management document, in consultation with the organisation’s Project Manager, at the start of the project to ensure the successful delivery of the phases within all projects. This document is intended to be a framework to manage the delivery of the project, detailing:

  • The scope and implementation approach
  • Key milestones and reviews
  • Detailed implementation plans for the project
  • Project organisation which includes project board, project team and delivery project co-ordination
  • Detailed work estimates for the project

The responsibility of the commissioning organisation would be to provide the necessary information and decision-making at appropriate times to facilitate us in our work and keep us informed of circumstances that may arise within the organisation that may have and effect upon what we do.
