For each project ConsultIWP bring together a multi-disciplinary team with the experience and skills most relevant to your organisation’s needs. A typical team will comprise a cross-section of experienced business professionals and world-renowned academics, supported by dedicated and meticulous PhD and Master’s students. A project leader provides the client with a single point of contact throughout the duration of the project and ensures we complete all projects on time and to budget.

• Extensive experience in management and delivery of general HR consultancy services, equality and diversity, and ADR services
• Highly experienced facilitator and trained mediator
• In her free time, Carol loves playing squash and visiting family in Ireland
